- Must sign an Enrollment Packet
- Includes State Required: Enrollment Agreement, CSC-005, CSC-010, Declination, Tour Form.
State exam requirements: 1 Exam (RDA).
Minimum age: Yes—only with HS diploma; apply at 17 with parent permission on Enrollment Agreement (requirement for RDA Exam with THSCSA).
Radiography: RDA Exam.
Credentials on completion:
- “Certificate of Completion”
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification—Certified through the American Heart Association.
- RDA “Registered Dental Assistant” (only after passing the Exam and receiving RDA from TSBDE—Texas State Board of Dental Examiners).
